Firstly, it's important to note that not all bans can be appealed. Specifically, bans issued by the Console are not eligible for appeal. Attempting to appeal such bans would be futile, as staff members responsible for handling appeals will automatically deny them citing "Console ban". However, if you wish to contest a ban of this nature, you can still reach out to a staff member. They will review your case and make a decision regarding whether or not to lift the ban. Secondly, bans with a duration of less than 7 days cannot be appealed. Submitting an appeal for such bans will result in an instant denial. Lastly, if the ban reason explicitly states "No appeal possible," you are not permitted to appeal the ban.
If all this does not concern you, then you may appeal by clicking here! You just need to fill the form! You will have to provide all the pieces of information we need about you. You must provide the Minecraft username of the account which got banned. Then, you can provide usernames of accounts that you got used to play with before getting banned, however it's not required. After that, you will have to give us information about the ban itself: when it was issued, who issued it, and the reason attached to the ban. In a second time, you will have to provide a link of your punishment page, it can be either the disconnection message you receive when you try to log in to the Minecraft or a screenshot of the punishment that you can find on our website. In order to get a link to your screenshot, you can use sites such as Imgur, Lightshot or Gyazo. Here are two examples of valid links: https://i.imgur.com/s9BSE7y.png, https://imgur.com/PbGiuoL. All this being done, you will have to tell us why we should lift your ban. In order for your unban appeal to be successful, you must provide as much information as possible and show as many efforts as possible. Lack of efforts in an appeal will make it denied. To finish with, if you get any piece of information that you'd like to share with your appeal, feel free to do so. Once all this is done, click Submit
button to send it to the staff team!
WARNING: Once your appeal is sent to the Staff team, you are not allowed to ask any staff member to handle it. Doing so will make it instantly denied!
There may be several reasons why you are unable to apply for the staff team. One of our requirements is to have 30 messages posted on forums. If this is not being done, your access to the Trial application form will be denied. View the result by clicking here.
One thing to keep in mind is that you are allowed to apply for the Staff Team only thrice. This being said, if you have already applied 3 times, you shouldn't be able to apply for the staff anymore. View the result by clicking here.
However, you are allowed to ask any Sr.Mod to give you another apply permission. Note that you will have to show efforts in your demand for it to be accepted.
If all of this does not concern you, but you are still not able to apply for the staff team, you should contact any staff member. The staff member will do the necessary for you to be able to apply.
We know that rule breakers are annoying, so you can report them on our website in the reports sub-forum! There, make sure to be able to give a proof of the rule-breaker breaking a rule. If you are unable to do so, your report will be instantly denied.
If you have proof of a rule breaker breaking a rule, it's really simple! Just select the category of the broken rule you want to report and fill out its form. In all report categories, you'll need to provide some necessary information. The first piece of information required is your Minecraft in-game name. The second one is the username of the player you are reporting. Please ensure that you write the name correctly! Making a mistake in the username will slow down the staff members who handle reports and may increase the time spent on handling your report. After that, you'll be asked for a link to the proof you have of the rule breaker. You can use Imgur to upload your images and get a link for them, and YouTube to upload your videos and get a link for them. Finally, you'll need to select the broken rule.
WARNING: For chat reports, the proof must not be more than 1 day old. For gameplay reports, the proof must not be more than 7 days old. This being said, your proof has to contain the scoreboard in order for us to have a proof of the date you recorded your proof. Failing to do so will make your report instantly denied. Note that faking a proof in order to falsely get someone banned is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban. Once sent, you must not ask a staff member to handle it; it is useless!!
