¶ Skyblock Dream Shops
It is needless to say that the shops are one of the main sources of income for the majority of the players within
Skyblock Dream. Whether it is through the /auctionhouse or through the /shop, there are
many ways to help you generate income.
Within this page, we will discuss the most important details and information regarding the shop, auctionhouse, and minion shop.
¶ Shop
It is safe to say that if you are focused on generating passive income through your island, the /shop
will be one of your favorite commands throughout your Skyblock Dream journey. Whilst you won't generally use the
shop to purchase items, you would surely use it to sell the loot drops from all of the mob spawners within your
island.
The more spawners you have, the more you'll want to use the shop to sell all of that worthy loot. Nevertheless, you may go back to the shop once in a while to purchase building materials, which is the most common reason for players to spend money on the game mode's shop.
¶ Auctionhouse
Unlike the /shop, the /auctionhouse has a much higher diversity of items and especially
prices. Given how the Skyblock Dream shop is predefined and created before the game mode resets, the price remains
the same at all times for both selling and buying items. But, the auctionhouse is mainly lead by the players, and
therefore the prices will be according to the game mode's economy at the time.
Having said this, an item could easily be sold for a few millions at the beginning of the Skyblock Dream season, and have a massive drop on its price at the end of the season due to it being much easier to obtain. You should always do your best to follow the trend within the market, and make sure you get the best deals, but also keep in mind that you may not always get the deals you are looking for, so you must be flexible.
¶ Minion Shop
One of our favorite sections is the minion shop! We can't stress enough to mention that the minions are such a valuable resource within the game mode, therefore it is not only suggested, but highly worth it for you to get yourself a minion as soon as you can!
Unlike the auctionhouse or the game mode's shop, the minion shop will not require any money, but instead, it will require enchanted ores & minerals. You may obtain the required ores and minerals by mining them or harvesting them within the bossworld, and it is worth to say that this task may not be hard, but it could surely become tedious over time.
NOTE: Be really careful with the suffixes used within the shop's price line. "B" stands for "buy", whilst the "S" stands for "sell".
